Great Great Grandmom and Great Great Grandpop Piatek (Grandma Lorraine's grandparents), on left on their wedding day and on right in back yard in Camden, NJ. They were born 1890 and 1892 in Poland (Austria then) and came through Ellis Island in 1909. See their separate pages along with their ship information.

They settled in Camden, New Jersey where they raised their family. They had 15 children:

Dorota (Dorothy) Born 1926 ~ Died 1939 of Scarlet Fever. Great Grandmom Jennie who was 10 at the time, remembers rocking her in a rocking chair and singing to her when she was so sick, and she died in Great Great Grandmom Piatek's arms. She was Buried at St. Joseph's Cemetery, Camden, New Jersey.
